Registration – Exhibitor Table Space
PAEI is offering (12) Exhibit table spaces at a fee of $2,500.00 each at BIS’ Annual Export Control Forum, March 27-28, 2018.

The fee includes admission for (1) exhibitor, per skirted table space of approximately 6’x4’ with 3 chairs. You are entitled to access to the Forum, continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, and a networking opportunity the evening of March 27, 2018. Use the PAEI “Exhibitor Opportunity”. Please do not register the exhibitor as an “attendee”.

The BIS Forum brochure will also include a description of your company, if you submit your company profile. The instructions for submitting you company profile is located here. Your one-page description must be submitted to PAEI no later than Monday, March 5, 2018.

Additional Table Staff Registration/Lunch and Networking Opportunity Only Passes
If you are bringing additional exhibit table staff, and would like to purchase a separate Break/Lunch & networking opportunity only pass, they are available for $250.00 each additional exhibit table staff.

If your staff wishes to attend the Forum sessions, please register as an “exhibitor staff Forum attendee” at a fee of $725.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A refund, less a $50 administrative fee, is available for cancellations made on or before Friday, March 9, 2018. No refunds are available after this date.

Hotel Information
The 2018 BIS Forum will be held at the Santa Clara Marriott, 2700 Mission College Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA. To make hotel room reservations, please contact the Marriott directly at Telephone (408)988-1500 or online at Book your group rate for PAEI Conference 2018.

A limited number of guest rooms are available at a reduced rate of $279 per night through March 5, 2018, based on availability.  Room fees will increase to Marriott’s regular pricing per room.  Make reservations early!

Exhibitor Table Space Protocol
Table space location will be assigned on a first to pay. The Exhibitor area will be adjacent to the main conference in the ballroom.

You may set up after 6:00 p.m., PST on Monday evening March 26, 2018. Table space should be ready for display by 7:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2018, and complete tear down no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2018.

Exhibitors are responsible to comply with the Marriott’s requirements and assume any additional costs not associated with the PAEI Exhibitors’ registration fees.

Shipping Instructions
The Santa Clara Marriott, will only accept prepaid packages. The Marriott is located at 2700 Mission College Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA. 95054. Phone number (408)988-1500.

All packages must contain a label with the following information.

  1. Return Address
  2. Name of Group Associated with – BIS / PAEI Export Control Forum Exhibitor
  3. Name of Event and Dates – BIS / PAEI Forum March 27-28, 2018

Santa Clara Marriott Requirements
The Marriott requests an advance notification of services from each exhibitor.  Attached is the PSAV Audio Visual Exhibitor Services Form 2017 which lists options for electrical and internet access for your booth.

Directly contact the Santa Clara Marriott no later than Monday, March 19, 2018.  The Marriott may require a security deposit or proof of general liability insurance from each exhibitor.  Please do NOT include rigging or balloons with any of your equipment or supplies.
