Registration – Exhibitor Table Space
P.A.E.I. announces the availability for your company to be an Exhibitor at the BIS: Complying with U.S. Export Controls and Encryption Controls Seminars. We have space available for four (4) Exhibit Table space.

The 2018 BIS Seminars will be held at the Crowne Plaza, 777 Bellows Drive, Milpitas, CA 95035.
Exhibitor Descripition:
The Exhibitor fee is $1,200 and includes admission for (1) exhibitor, skirted table space of approximately 6′ x 4′ with 2 chairs. You are entitled access to the seminars, continental breakfast, snacks and lunch. To register, use the P.A.E.I. Exhibitor Registration link on the event page. Additional staff can be accommodated. See below for details regarding additional staff.
Exhibitor Fees Summary:
$1,200 per table -includes 1 (one) exhibitor.
$800 for additional exhibitor staff per exhibitor company (includes access to full seminar sessions, continental breakfast, lunch and snacks)
$350 for additional staff per exhibitor company (includes continental breakfast, lunch and snacks only)
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A refund, less a $50 administrative charge, is available for cancellations made on or before Friday, August 3, 2018 . No refunds are available after this date.

Hotel Accommodations: A limited number of hotel rooms are available at a special seminar rate of $249 per night. This rate is available through Monday, July 30, 2018 or when the block of rooms sell out. Please make room reservations through this website link: https://book.passkey.com/go/PAEIBIS2018 or directly with the Crowne Plaza by calling (888)233-9527. Please mention group name, “PAEI / BIS Conference 2018” to receive the special group rate.
U.S. Government rate is $218 per night. Complimentary shuttle transportation to and from San Jose International Airport and complimentary parking is available.
Exhibitor Table Space Protocol
Table space location will be assigned on a first to pay basis. The Exhibitor area will be adjacent to the main ballroom for the conference.
You may set up after 6:00 p.m., PST on Monday evening August 13, 2018. Table space should be ready for display by 7:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 14, 2018, and complete tear down no later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 16, 2018.
