Making Trade Compliance a Shared Responsibility

Without support from other departments (such as Finance, Tax, Legal, Purchasing, Transportation, Human Resources, Quality, etc) this compliance effort is doomed to fail. On the other hand, companies that foster collaboration between different departments have much more effective trade compliance programs.
