This program will provide advanced instruction on export control licensing under the EAR and ITAR, although with primary focus on the EAR. The workshop is intended for experienced practitioners and will be led by export control attorneys with decades of combined experience in export control licensing.
You will gain a detailed knowledge of how to make licensing determinations, assess whether license exceptions or exemptions are available, and prepare effective license applications. The program will be geared primarily towards products and technology of high interest to the Valley export control community, such as semiconductor devices, information technology products, telecommunications and navigational items.
